About our staff

All of the people at Avlis Publishing and Avlis Productions have a long history of working with Jose Silva and using his mind training systems in their personal lives.

The owners are Kathy Sandusky, who worked for Jose Silva for several years, and A. Victor Kovens, who has been one of Jose Silva's biggest supporters for many years, using the Silva System in every area of his life.

We are affiliated directly with Jose Silva Jr., President of Silva International Inc. and Silva UltraMind Systems LLC.

Jose Luis "Pepe" Romero has been involved with UltraMind since the beginning. A long time associate of Jose Silva, Pepe travelled extensive with him, learning all about the new program. He co-taught the very first UltraMind Instructor Training program with Mr. Silva, and serves as our Director of Instructor Training.

Ed Bernd Jr., director of product development, worked with Mr. Silva for more than 17 years, and coauthored more than half a dozen books with him.

Bill Sturdevant, Director of Instructor Support has taught the Silva systems in Juneau, Alaska since 1984.
