To be certified to teach Jose Silva's UltraMind ESP System, you must:

1. Successfully complete the course

2. Complete the Instructor Training Program

3. Obtain the necessary teaching materials and manuals

Step by step to success

1. You can take the course with any instructor, anywhere in the world. All instructors are required to use the same conditioning cycles that Jose Silva specified, and to have students practice psychometry, and work 10 health detection cases.

2. Once you have taken the live training with a certified Instructor, you will continue with self-paced Instructor Training via the internet. The Instructor Support Group Web Site includes detailed information on how to condition people, how to develop your lectures, how to present the mental projection drills, and case working. There both scripts and audio program, including sample lectures you can use to model your own lectures. The Instructor Support Group Web Site covers the fine points of teaching it so that you will be well prepared when you present your own seminars.

3. You will receive an Instructors Manual, Student Manual, Instructor Training Tapes, and additional information and materials, including recordings of Jose Silva conducting Instructor Training.

5. Then you will need to go back and attend the live seminar again so that you can observe it from an Instructor's viewpoint, to see how it all fits together. You can help the Instructor in class, from helping with registration to giving health cases to new students. The Instructor will observe you and let us know that you are ready to start teaching on your own.

The pricing is arranged so that you can recover your entire investment for Instructor Training and the teaching materials when you teach the System to your first 10 students.

To help you, Avlis Publishing will provide you with brochures, flyers, and registration forms that you can distribute to your customers, friends, and the general public.

In order to teach Jose Silva's UltraMind ESP System, royalties are required to support the parent organization. Instructors in foreign countries usually pay a percentage of the tuition, and print their own manuals, certificates, etc. In the US and Canada, Avlis Publishing provides manuals, certificates, and registration cards to you. The royalties are included in your payment for these "kits."

Each kit is $100 base price, with rebates based on your monthly production.

If you already have customers or clients, this is a wonderful new service that you can make available to them, in addition to what you already offer.

You can teach Jose Silva's UltraMind ESP System full time or part time, whatever best suits your specific circumstances. In order to maintain your certification, you must teach at least one class per year.

UltraMind is good business

This is a business... one that provides a tremendous service to humanity... but still a business. In business you have two choices: make money, or lose money. If you lose money you go out of business, which doesn't help humanity or you. So we want you to earn a satisfactory profit in this business.

No matter what the product or service, profitability almost always depends on repeat business and referrals. This is a word-of-mouth business... if you do a good job, you will get plenty of referrals. In addition, there are many opportunities for repeat business.

* You keep up to 70 percent or more of the initial tuition that the student pays

* You keep 100 percent of the repeat fees when students repeat the course

* You keep 100 percent of the fees for UltraMind workshops that you present

* You earn a profit on all merchandise sold to your students, in class or later

* You earn a profit on merchandise sold on your UltraMind web site mentioned above

* You receive commissions on purchases made by Instructors you recruit and supervise

Getting Started

There are several ways to "get your feet wet" with a minimal investment:

a. Assist your local UltraMind ESP System Instructor organize classes. Become active in an UltraMind Graduate Support System. Your Instructor can supply you with a script of a special Silva Centering Exercise designed especially for Support Groups, and you can practice guiding people to their level. You can also assist them in case working, using the MentalVideo, and other UltraMind techniques. This will help you develop the skills and experience that will benefit you as an Instructor.

b. If there is no UltraMind Instructor where you live, contact Avlis Publishing and we will help you organize a class, and will provide you with an instructor. This is an excellent way to get first hand experience with what it takes to be in this business, and if you do well, you can even earn money towards your Instructor Training Seminar.

c. For a non-refundable deposit of $600, you can get started with Instructor Training just as soon as you complete the UltraMind ESP System seminar. If you are interested in doing this, request a copy of the Candidate Enrollment Agreement. When you are ready, you can pay the remaining $600 for certification as a Silva UltraMind ESP System Instructor.
